In addition, our guarantees can be underwritten by General Protection Insurance (GPI).
This means that if Dampcoursing Ltd ceases trading, you’ll be covered by additional insurance protection.
Just to say: we’ve been operating successfully since 1957 – much longer than most other firms – and we’re planning on being around for a long time to come!
If you’d like it, this additional level of insurance gives you even more security.
And if you end up selling your property, our guarantees are transferrable to the new owners.
This can be invaluable to you.
